Is GameEx suppose to download artwork from EMU Movies (with an account) then the GameEx artwork repository? Or is does it do one or the other?

It will download video snaps from EmuMovies if you input your account information into the GameEx setup wizard.  If you have a free account this will take longer due to the daily download limitation EmuMovies has in place for free users. 

Unless something has changed that I'm unaware of; and I don't think it has, then the repository here doesn't contain any of these snaps.  The repository is aimed at an entirely different purpose, one mainly built around pulling down selected emulators, themes, etc. based on user made choices during the completing the setup wizard steps.  Tom has been nice enough to put up some system packs to fill the need on some systems though, but these are not completist type collections.
