scutters Posted February 4, 2021 Share Posted February 4, 2021 Please attach your Pinballx log.txt and pinballx.ini files (the log should be from after launching a table and seeing the issue) By pinup plugin i assume you mean pinup player (for in game videos etc), if so don't most of them replace the backglass? (I tried them for a while but ended up removing most of them after a while so i may not be fully up to speed with pinup player). Also. are you using the latest version of pinup player? Can you maybe post a video with your issue when launching a table from pbx with the issue and a video that launches the same table outside pbx ? scutters Posted February 6, 2021 Share Posted February 6, 2021 A video will help us understand the issue, also as draco requested please confirm if the issue is with all pup packs or just one table. (at the moment i'm not sure if the table launched above is stranger things or stranger things SE) As Mike says, the config that we can see does appear ok. Not sure what you may or may not have set to run as admin though and that may affect things, at one time it was recommended that pinupdisplay.exe was run as admin (not sure if that is still the case). Also, check the troubleshooting guide here https://www.nailbuster.com/wikipinup/doku.php?id=puppack_troubleshoot , it could be performance related. Could be, as scutters saod, a admon mode ossie. Try rin pbx as admin, or set pinup player as admin. Strange part is why the 2 pinup programs get in an unresponsive state.
