Emulators not launching and starting rom from gameex

I had everything working in gameex when going to select an emulator and then launching the roms.  For some reason now, it will not launch the emulator and the rom anymore.  Not sure what happened?  Any help would be appreciated.  I reinstalled gameex a couple of times and haven't been able to get it to work again.  I can open the emulators just fine and roms open just fine when outside of gameex.  It is not working when launching from within gameex.

Do you have this font installed?

A couple things you could try.

Try "Fullscreen windowed"

Try disabling "Touchscreen" support to see if it helps.

Also, you're running MAME as an emulator.  If that was your intention then there is nothing wrong with that, but your missing a lot of the GameEx features by running this way.

I would recommend using the integrated MAME support and ditch the MAME emulator slot.

So I figured out what the issue was.  Under "Enable/Disable Feature", I had "Show Game Information" turned to No.  For some reason, when I go to launch the roms, they will not play.  When I set "Show Game Information" to Yes, then select play this game on the Game Information page, the roms launch just fine.  I really don't want to show the Game Information page and just launch the roms immediately when selecting them.  Any ideas on how to launch the roms and not have the Game Information page?

This is awesome!

I never had the MAME emulator work in Gamex, but Arcade did. I didn't know why, just annoyed me. Finding this post, I disabled MAME (also saw i had it configured for mame.exe but i use mame64.exe but ditched this anyway) and just let the built in Mame in Gameex work, and now happy!
