Redream Compatibility

There is a new Dreamcast emulator that has 85% compatibility with all games. After I setup GameEX for all my emulators only 9 out of 21 titles show up ..see picture below after I launch GameEX, so I assume  that GameEX is not yet supported for this new emulator.

GameEx and GameEx Arcade edition are generally emulator neutral and will work well with any emulators that support  command line arguments.

Please attach (NO copy and paste) of your gameex.ini and log.txt files for review.

The list of 21 games with indicators of the 9 that show up will probably be of help.

Another thing to consider is building a map file for use with your emulator.

This app makes short order of their creation. This may resolve the issues you are experiencing.

I'll tag onto this topic as I'm running into the same problem in getting GameEx Arcade Edition to work with any Dreamcast emulator.  When first trying, I used nullDC  as setup by the GameEx Setup Wizard but had no luck other than one game (Capcom vs. SNK) show up.  Then I tried DEmul and essentially the same thing.  Now I'm trying Redream and again, the same thing.  It only shows one game.

Any help is appreciated.  I'm a newbie to anything other than MAME.  I was able to get a Saturn emulator working but cannot figure this one out.

Have you looked into trying this?
