I'll tag onto this topic as I'm running into the same problem in getting GameEx Arcade Edition to work with any Dreamcast emulator. When first trying, I used nullDC as setup by the GameEx Setup Wizard but had no luck other than one game (Capcom vs. SNK) show up. Then I tried DEmul and essentially the same thing. Now I'm trying Redream and again, the same thing. It only shows one game. I've attached my gameex.ini and log.txt Any help is appreciated. I'm a newbie to anything other than MAME. I was able to get a Saturn emulator working but cannot figure this one out. GameEx.ini log.txt

The back glasses are all in my pinball x game manager. I'm sure they're controlled by pinball x. I will double check this though.

I'll try anything. Currently my back glasses for the VPx and future pinball machines are stored in the pinballx media files folders. I believe the FX3 pinball images are stored in the steam folder. There's nothing astounding happening there....

Mike, I don't use Doflinkx.....Do I need to? All my VPX backglasses are DBs2 and they are fine, no issues with future pinball. When FX3 works, it works well. The backglass monitor is still active - I can move the mouse to it if that's what you are asking. My windows display setup is per the usual instructions - primary to the left and 2nd monitor positioned to the right and level with the top edge. Why change the B2s settings? Does that have anything to do with FX3 backglasses? John

Mike - Sorry - I found it....enableFX says "Start pinballfx3nosteam.exe" I built that file - it starts the DMD for Fx3

Hi Mike - the log shows when I ran ATFM and got the messed up screen, I exited the emulator and went right back in to play the table and it worked fine. john

Hi everyone, I'm stumped and I am hoping someone has dealt with this issue before. Using PinballX I can successfully start an FX3 table about 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time, the backglass moves down to the main playfield and the table view shrinks accordingly (See Photos). The DMD (Pixelcade) is not affected. Sometimes, I can exit the emulator, go right back in and everything is fine. Other times I have to exit PinballX or reboot to get things right again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated I am running Windows 10 - PinballX is running as administrator - Everything else is run as normal and I am not running anything in compatibility mode. Hi, In my GameEx menu, one of my selection choices says Error : Emulator 9 I don't have an emulator 9 - I went into the wizard and emulator 9 is blank - I selected the line and tried to delete it anyway. Nothing changed. Does anyone have a fix for this? John

Hi Tom, Thank you for your reply. I ended up sticking with the 64 bit GameEx. The only way I could get the ServoStiks to respond in GameEx was to buy the full version of LedBlinky, which allowed me to check the box that activates the ServoStik. All is well now. John

Hi Tom. I was having a very difficult time with LED blinkie with 32 bit gameEx. It worked outside of GameX with 32-bit while using any of the config functions. Sometimes after a reboot of the system, LED blinky would function. More often than not it would not. If it did function, and I left GameX and went back in, it would not function.....Arzoo suggested a change to 64-bit and now LED blinky functions every single time. I will gladly switch back to 32-bit if you have any suggestions. John

Hi everyone, I'm working through a new build and I am having some issues. I have installed the 64 bit version of GameEx with Windows 10 and I have the LED blinky software working well at this point. I am trying to download the servostik plugin, for some reason it will not populate in the plugins section of the setup wizard. I have manually downloaded the plugin and dropped it into the LED blinky folder and I still have nothing. The sticks work fine with the ultimarc test program. I had no issues getting the plugin with the 32 bit version of GameEx (my Joys still didn't switch). The only way to get the LED blinky software working consistently was to install the 64 bit version of everything. Any ideas about the ServoStik plugin would be greatly appreciated! John

Thanks Scutters. I figured it out. In my PinballX settings, Video settings - I changed DMD enabled to NO. That fixed my problem. Apparently it conflicted with PinMame.

Hi Guys, I'm having an issue that I cannot resolve on my own. I have a 3 monitor setup running Pinballx , VP9, Future Pinball , Fx3 and Pinball Arcade. Everything works as expected with VP9 outside of Pinballx. When I start a table in Pinballx, the DMD will flash on my 3rd monitor and then disappear. If I manually run the VP9 front end outside of Pinballx, the previously working DMD is now gone. Alt - Tab will show it to me in the taskbar, but bringing it to the top does nothing. I need to reset the rom to get it working again. I have checked all my pinballx video settings and HidePinMame is set to no. Can anyone offer some suggestions?
