Hi, seems very little info about the GameEx version you are running. A little more detail next time may help us help you better in the future.

The closest you may get is searching the Setup Wizard to locate and enable Gamelauncher mode.

This bypasses the normal menus and does not provide the "wheel" experience with the game logos. If you would be interested in that as a feature, you may certainly submit a Feature request.
