Suggestion: Table Specific Launch Before/After

Hi!  I think it would be great to have a feature that launches applications (before / after) specific tables are opened.  For example, I'd want PinsoundStudio.exe to be opened when vpx tables using altsound=2 are opened, but not for others.

Wy not adding an extra system that contains the pinsound tables, so that those tables have the specific pinsound.exe to run ?

I'd go with Mikes suggestion (well i am already, sort of,  https://www.vpforums.org/index.php?showtopic=41071)

If you have an extra system for pinsound studio using altsound = 2 you can still have the same game in your regular vpx system and when pinsound isn't active you'll get the original rom sounds instead. Nice to have both!
