Hi.  I have a unique control panel layout.  If I create images of my control panel with the proper buttons identified for each game, can I have GameEx Arcade show the images I created when loading each game?  I can create one image per game manually.  I watched the videos about CPWizBiz and that looked a bit more complicated than I wanted.  I have already defined all my button mapping in MAME.

The short answer to your question is there is no official built in support for this feature.  You may be able to achieve a similar, albeit less than ideal end result with CP Wizard if GameEx AE supports it.

CPWizBiz is no longer being supported by the author.

GameEx Arcade Edition does support CPWizard, but it is not as inutitive as I would prefer. I've only recently toyed with it and CPWizBiz and did not get very far before being distracted with other things.
