Pinball FX3 not display on top when launching from PinballX

 When I launch a Pinball FX3 game from pinball X, the game will open but it will not be on top (minimized). The playfield is a blank screen until I toggle back-and-forth with the Alt-tab keys.

 As a result of this issue, I am unable to play a pinball FX3 game from pinball X, from my cabinet, without needing a keyboard.

Has anyone seen this or have a solution?

Are you using windows 10 1909 i have seen somone else mention this on facebook group since updating to 1909
