Attract mode All videos in a black screen

i have like 1200 videos. some range from 2 minutes to an hour or so when i click on play randomly they all play but i cant see them. i can hear them fine though.. i can control the fastforward and rewind and i hear it changing but no picture, plz help.

If by chance you've recently installed the creators update then go to the nvidia site and download the latest driver.

after updating the nividia drivers and restarting my pc, im still getting the same issue. i dont know whats going on. i can never get the video section to work properly. someone help please? im also noticing that i can see the videos when i have the gameex in windowed mode.
