iamcrazyjoe
As long as this is the only place to change it, then yeah
tthurman
Quote EnableTouchScreen=True According to your ini it's still enabled.
iamcrazyjoe
In this section it says not which shows the settings from the Setup Wizard. Where can i change the setting you show as enabled?
tthurman
hmm, odd I hadn't noticed that before. The section you are referring to is in the GameEx>Arcade, the one I'm referring to is way above it in your log in the ini you attached.
iamcrazyjoe
Yeah, I see it, I just don't know where that is changed in Setup. If you look at the screenshot I posted above of the Wizard and compare to the .ini snip I posted, you can see the settings are same. If it is just for Arcade, that isn't made clear in the Wizard
tthurman
It's probably something that has been altered to facilitate both frontends. Do you have the LAV Codecs installed? What about netframework 3.5?
iamcrazyjoe
Yes to both :/
tthurman
Well, some long shots: Try running full screen windowed. Reinstall GameEx over the top of itself
RedDog
I hate to say, but I can't think of anything else to add that tthurman hasn't suggested. Its tough without more error messages to go on unless someone else pops in with some ideas.
Draco1962
Try manually editing the display setting in the gameex.ini to what it shows below: [general] Xresolution=3000 Yresolution=2000 Not sure if this will work. To quote from the movie War Games, "I'd piss on a spark plug if I thought it'd do any good."
RedDog
I wish I had some other suggestions on this one. It's a real downer when we can't get a fellow member sorted out.
