Just download the emulator and place it in the directory as you have others, then point EVO to it.

The provided list within the setup wizard is more of a convenience than anything and will not always be up to date with the latest and newest releases of any emulator.  If your preference is to only run the  current release of any emulator it is always best to go directly to the author site.
