[RESOLVED] GameEx Arcade Edition missing games

hi i was just wondering why the game list in GameEX arcade edition is missing some vital games like for example my personal favourite double dragon?????

Hey kingbee187, I moved your post to the GameEx>General forum where it will have a better chance of getting noticed.

The arcade edition should be very similar to GameEx proper, in that it allows for many filtering options.  The filter feature is a fantastic asset, but isn't necessarily going to be correct 100% of the time.  You can always ensure titles aren't excluded however:

"Don't Filter these ROMS"

Just input any excluded titles in this area, separated by ;

Thanks, I've managed to get my entire rom list on the wheel now even all my chd games along with their respective logos. My problem now is all the artwork,  videos and video themes are now gone, they where there before I updated the list but now have vanished,I've tried pointing it to the downloaded artwork folder in set up wizard but still nothing, would appreciate any help with this...

You may have your paths set incorrect. Can you provide copies of your gameex.ini and log.txt files for review? Just attach them in your reply.

Open the log.txt file and note the video theme failures. Verify whether or not that the video themes location noted in the log.txt file matches the path you have them on your system. If not, you need to correct the paths in via the Setup Wizard.

Double Dragon is not missing for me. Its most likely because your roms don't verify.

As for artwork. I don't see any issues with that either. I can see your paths are not set correctly and are therefore using the defaults.

You see this in the log: C:\GameEx Arcade Edition\MEDIA\DOWNLOADED ARTWORK\MAME\SNAP ?

That means GameEx could not find the path you have set and used a default.
