In my industry, however, this is our busiest time of the year and I'll be running myself into the ground for the great people of America who want to pay $3.09/gal for gas in their massive SUVs and campers. God bless America!

Wow! $3.09?? I wish for those days!! We are still at $3.65...gotta love California!! With the Govenator, we just keep getting stuck left and right!!

Yeah, in Washington State we just got hit with a 3cent gas tax the other day. 3cents last year too and 3cents next year. We are just trying to keep up with California's prices but are only at about $3.10 here. Goodbye to the days I could fill up my car for ten bucks. Happy Fourth.

Hehe..not much more than minimum wage...I am a gov't worker!! The prices here are getting seriously out of control...I only live five minutes away from work, but burn 25.00 a week now in gas..of course, having a 76 Ford GT Ranchero with a 460 engine does not help... Think I may start using my Indian MC as a main transport now!

oh..by the way..a gallon of gas in Iraq is still .50 cents....
