You know I never played Black Ops, but figured it was the most popular, so that was a stab.

After you last hint, and some thought I'm going to say Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, single player campaign when you're on the special forces type team with the leader with the British Accent.  Could be wrong, but I seem to recall that phrase coming over the communicator.
