Paid subscription doesn't allow download of themes

After installing GameEx and paying for lifetime membership doesn't alow for downloading themes. After selecting theme it states a paid subscription is required. Is there anyone else having issues?

It's a known issue since they've updated the site.

He responded very quickly.  Said to  Please raise a support ticket to validate my account. Couldn't find anything on website so I figured he refered to posting on forums with my question. I'm am new to this so I figured I must have done something wrong.

My fault, this is probably a change from the previous client area with the previous forum software.

I believe this is what he is referring to:

When in the forum index (home page) click support, then add new support request, and submit your ticket.
