    He responded very quickly. Said to Please raise a support ticket to validate my account. Couldn't find anything on website so I figured he refered to posting on forums with my question. I'm am new to this so I figured I must have done something wrong.

    After installing GameEx and paying for lifetime membership doesn't alow for downloading themes. After selecting theme it states a paid subscription is required. Is there anyone else having issues?
