Tom Speirs
Zeenon, that won't work but I have just finished implementing full integrated Pinball FX 2 support anyway. I am just doing some final testing and I will be releasing it today.
randr
Omg! I just spent 2 nights installing new tables and hand making script for changes! now this gets released. Great work Tom but will wait to update as I just got fx2 working with my new add on tables Is game manager still limited to 340 tables?
Tom Speirs
No worries. Yes, Game Manager is still limited but I fixed the bug where it would erase the end of the list if it was more than 340 some time ago. So its perfectly fine to use for PBFX2.
mpad
I am pretty happy with Nukelauncher foe the moment and maybe wont switch instantly cause I like the additional features nukelaucher has to offer.I already named my sytem "Pinball FX2" with a space. so is that a problem if I want to merge? first quick test an renaming to Pinball FX2old showed that pinballx deosn't seem to make another system if I enable built in fx2 in config wiz. doesn't show in the config... zeenon
How does one select the "grid position" in the game manager?I created a new Pinaball FX2 list and it looks like the regular VP/FP list.Z

mpad
I don't think so. Easy way is to use xpadder or antimicro.
Tom Speirs
Sorry, I messed up and didn't include the update to game manager in the installer. Please download and install again. The way I see it - the benefit of having it integrated is things like in game and the exit mappings work but if your happy with another solution there is no reason to switch. Its cool for new users coming to PBX though.
nebrunner
can this be installed "over the top" of the last build without messing things up, losing all my table graphics, etc?
Tom Speirs
Yes, as always.

Tom Speirs
No. First of all the Pinball FX system is disabled by default. Secondly, you will just get duplicates.
mpad
OK worked. you can use both parallel for testing. with one media folder even even the same database? Cool.

sliderpoint
Not sure what the settings should be for using PFX2 through steam. I tried the settings in the ?(help) but it literally just launches the steam front end not PFX2.-Mike[PinballFX2]Enabled=TrueWorkingPath=C:\Program Files (x86)\SteamExecutable=Steam.exeWaitFor=13Process=Pinball FX2.exeParameters=

Outhere
I take it Fx2 is not workingOkay I got the Fx2 working in Pinballx, But is there anyway to make it so it stops where you can select number of players?-[PinballFX2]WorkingPath=E:\Pinball FX2\Pinball FX2Executable=Pinball FX2.exeEnabled=TrueProcess=Pinball FX2.exeParameters=-applaunch 226980WaitFor=

Itchigo
What am I doing wrong? I have the tables in a folder (shown), the executable is in the previous folder Pinball FX2. It starts to load, but then crashes back to the selection screen the same way as if I was selecting a table that wasn't there. But I get no errors on "Verify".log.txtPinballX.ini

If it is a Steam app, then yeah your workingpath should be the Steam folder like outthere said, the Executable should be Steam.exe and you should have a hyphen before the parameter ie: -applaunch 226980.-Mike
slydog43
I can't get pinball FX2 to show up with my other systems. I look at the config and it looks good to me.
