Draco1962
It has been a while since I did any serious work on a theme. I wanted to create something that had a bit of an XBMC/Kodi feel to it and would make my new Samsung 40" LED pop and look awesome. The theme is almost finished. Items to complete for my setup are the backgrounds for a few more of the main menu items. I am still working on the Mega Docklet logos and want to use them for this theme, but that project is very time intensive as they require a bit more creative thinking and time than I have had as of late. Anyways, enough rambling, here are a few sneak peeks..

nullPointer
Fantastic work Draco! I really like this one. This is definitely one to keep an eye on. There have been a couple of XBMC inspired themes in the past, but you just know it's going to be something special when it's got that special 'Draco1962 magic'. Draco1962
Thanks, guys! The goal is simple yet functional. The nice thing about this is that nobody has to use the wallpapers I am using for the background images and they will be able to make it their own. They could change the wallpaper to all one image if they preferred.
Draco1962
Alrighty, my work on this theme is done! Find it here. This is a Version 4 theme. GIMP .xcf and Adobe Photoshop .psd files provided for the users should they wish to modify the backgrounds to better suit their systems. The Mega Dockelet logos contained are a small part of a larger collection that is forthcoming. GIMP .xcf and Photoshop .psd files are enclosed so that the end-user can create their own custom Mega Docklet logos to further customize their setup. Please give it a go and let me know what you think!
Zero Dreams
Just wanted to say that you're efforts making this theme were not wasted. I've been using it as my introduction to GameEx for the past several days to play games and wanted to say Thanks for creating it. I made a theme but it was an idea of a theme to be used, if you know what I mean. This really is simple and effective. There's just something right about it. Draco1962
Glad you like it! The main goal was to allow users to change and customize the BG images to their liking. So the simplicity brings flexibility in customizing.

Draco1962
It was a year ago but thanks! Admittedly my theme-making has experienced a bit of a hiatus, especially after acquiring a pin cab, so my artsy endeavors have been more centeted upon creating custom wheel images for PinballX.I deserve a break. Since starting with GameEx in 2009, I think I hold the record for the most themes created by a single user. Not saying that they are all the best as there are many that are far better and put my work to shame.
Krakerman
I too at one time was consumed by the joys of PinballX however .... PinballX can do that to one but I have taken a break from that and GameEx for awhile as I'm working on other projects. I'm still around just not as active in the theme making biz currently. Waiting for the Evolution to happen like most to make a return possibly. You were the one that inspired me to get into it a long long time ago .... guess we been around for quite some time! Me since 2008 ... how time flys by.Nice to see some of your new work looks nice as always[emoji106]
