I made a similar thread a while back, before PinballX was off the ground in the GameEx forum. As you guys are Pinball players it seems a perfect place to try again! So do any of you play PBFX2? If you do, do you fancy some more competition? If so leave your Steam Profile here for add

Man, I just logged into my account for the first time in months, and haven't played FX2 since Dec 2013. I need to do some profile housekeeping (else nobody will know who I am....wait that may be better ) then leave a tag!

Okay, so my profile link is a number for some reason Anyway, a clean install of Steam has welcomed me to a 98 meg download for FX2, and after a little digging it seems there is a bug downloading the installer, only the DirectX files are coming down. I tried all the recommended "fixes" aside from creating a dummy Steam account to download the base game, and then changing users to get the dlc, as this seems a poor workaround. If they don't fix it, I suppose I'll be left with little choice but to do so eventually.

It appears that whatever was wrong with the down loader has been corrected. I just finished up a round of Star Wars (my best score) at over 5 million, only to be welcomed by Dazzle's 20 million plus score.

Granted I'm still a bit of a newb, but I'm gonna have to break out the 360 controller and see if I can improve on that some.

Sorry but that's the one table Dennis is blitzin me on! I find it much better with the 360 controller - it just feels like you have more precision with the triggers, probs all in my head but works for me

I ran across that Pinball Arcade logo during the developers logo project, but had no idea what they did until I followed the link in your profile. That's cool they are bringing those classics back to life in the virtual world!

I'm sure my pin newbness is showing here, but for anyone else who hasn't checked them out, give it a look!

Just thought I would bring this up again ..... can always use more friends ....

That and NukeLauncher has made the effort to play the Zen tables so easy-to-use now that I will be playing them much more.

Sure the Force feedback is not there but I was playing them a lot on the Xbox before I built a Pincab. That and the wife likes them too.

Ah, so playing them on teh Pinacab now, I bet that is really cool, and having the wife like 'em is a nice bonus!

I haven't got much gaming time in as of late, in fact I just logged into steam for the first time in a good while right before seeing this thread.
