After using "get metadata' i was unable to produce any album art for any of my songs. they are tagged properly but i still cant get them to show up in the list. can anyone help? thought i could just add artwork and place it in either the albums folder in gameex or in the music list itself. but still to no avail

Hello all im trying to figure how to clear the cache for my music list so it wont show duplicates anymore. i only want it to show the songs i have currently in the directory i set. i got rid of the media player playlist that i created but the blank songs are still there. if it goes to that missing song in the list my player stops until i skip to the next track that does. plz help

THe Only reason im running this version is no matter what i do or how many times ive tried the new versions will not play the attract screensaver or the video selection wont play my movies or videos. ive tried so many times to use the new version. doesnt matter if ive installed lav filters or not. as soon as i install ver 14.44 the media section works just fine. i dont use emulators with gameex much anymore as ive found that this is one of the best media centers ive ever used. So that what i use.

@Draco1962 @RedDog ok guys sorry i was gone for so long. hope this helps. i have the batch file running correctly out of GEX, but when i launch it inside, i get what you see on the video. it makes my taskbar dissapear and i have to use ctrl alt delete everytime to restore my taskbar back to normal. included are the support files. btw my .bat was converted to an exe. both apps act the same regardless of either i use. bandicam 2021-01-09 22-30-16-375_join_001.mp4 log.txt GameEx.ini

I have no problem starting the office program. the problem is once it opens, Gameex minimizes like its supposed to, and then it resumes again and microsoft word has loaded behind the frontend so i have to exit gameex so i can see and use it. is there anything i can do to make that stop? Id like to act like im loading a regular rom and when i escape/close out of the rom/program it resume gameex like normal. plz help

I have two frontends on my cabinet. gameex for the media, books, music etc and i have 1 executable to the other frontend i set up in gameex. what happens is i choose the program. start it in gameex then while the other frontend loads, gameex pops back up and continues. how can i get it to stay minimized and paused like it usually does with emulators until i escape out of the program? is there a command line i have to use? and if so, where do i place it? if anyone can help, id appreciate it. ini and log are included. bandicam 2020-10-05 15-25-14-324.mp4 GameEx.ini log.txt

Overnight I had time to try gameex out a little more. I found that the attract mode works in gameex lite and gameex (simple mode). this was fantastic that i had it working again but my music no longer plays randomly and the multimedia section where i keep my movies and tv shows is completely missing. the only thing i use gameex for is the attract video/music feature. i have no emulators installed or anything on the frontend. Here i have the videos and the logs and the gameex ini. Please help me fix this. i love this feature. i just installed k-lite codec pack and advanced shark codecs pack. that got the videos to play when i select them. i still have lav filters installed. this is whats happening along with the log once more. these videos below are when i select and play them versus when i let the screensaver play. After Uninstalling My K-Lite Codec Pack (That Is All I Had Installed) and restarted the PC. its still black....only have lav filters installed. please help

yes sir all movies play just fine some are mp4 some are mkv. they used to play/fast fwd/rewind just fine. as well as all the other 800 attract game videos as well for the screensaver. its just in the front end. its been doing this for months now and i really love the screensaver/music feature. i started to just go on a codec binge and download every codec known to man. but i dont know......

Hello All! im having a small issue. all my videos are in my demo/videos folder and i have these settings but my videos dont play. i have to press a button to return to the gameex menu but they never show up. please help anyone. im using the most recent version of gameex with lifetime license and Windows 10 With the most Recent Updates. no sir i dont in this particular emulator version im using. for the other games i have them routed to use the emulator that works with framefiles. these two roms were very hard to run so i have them in .bat files and they run now. but i cant configure the keyboard because i dont have a ui for this version

Ok...Heres Whats Happening. I've Finally Got My Hard to obtain Ninya Hayate & Time Gal Laserdisc Games Working on version 0.1.0.10....albeit by .bat files. the rest of the games work in framefiles but these had to be like that for some reason. but i want to change the input to the buttons of my choosing. using daphneloader doesnt help. i just change the keys and they stay the same. i dont see a input dll file either. i guess its because of the version im using.. The other games (WIth Framefiles) had to run on a separate daphne emulator and can be configured but not these two... plz help!

after updating the nividia drivers and restarting my pc, im still getting the same issue. i dont know whats going on. i can never get the video section to work properly. someone help please? im also noticing that i can see the videos when i have the gameex in windowed mode. log.txt GameEx.ini

i have like 1200 videos. some range from 2 minutes to an hour or so when i click on play randomly they all play but i cant see them. i can hear them fine though.. i can control the fastforward and rewind and i hear it changing but no picture, plz help. GameEx.ini log.txt

I did sir. I got kinda impatient so i uninstalled gameex and reinstalled it and it still a black screen. The screen is full and no keys arent working so i cant hit alt enter to minimize. I have to keep logging my pc off. Plz help. I dont have touch screen set either Sent from my SM-J320P using Tapatalk

I seem to be having an issue where when i load gameex, it says please wait while loading, then i hear the gameex startup sound and it stays on a black screen and never changes. pushing buttons (Including escape) are useless and i have to exit out of the emulator by clicking on the "X" please help here is the log and ini GameEx.ini log.txt
