Wow sweet work LB11...thats a big one.
  3. hehe
  4. If FFDShow TryOuts is working fine for you...no...other wise yeah I'd suggest it. CCCP has things a bit more rounded out for the end user...but TryOuts is more current...as CCCP only brings in snippets from TryOuts...tho as TryOuts has become more stable they seem to be increasing the amount they bring in. Hehe if that wasn't a long winded "Maybe"
  5. HK - Thanks for whipping that together, I'm sure a lot of folks will make use of that so that they can make the set suit their taste. Well if some one comes up with some suggested games to match up with Adultery's lists, I could try and knock out a few a head of time. No telling if Adultery will use them in a future pack or not.
  6. Actually this was some thing I've been planning on doing for a while...just been putting it off like so many other things. Tho not with the U360 in mind...but would still be the same in the end. So maybe I'll get my hands dirty today.
  7. CCCP is ffdshow. This has been largely hit or miss for some time. Try this... Uninstall all codec's then reboot...ideally uninstall using "Your Uninstaller! 2006" to help make sure everything gets flushed out. Install CCCP. Start up "FFDShow Video Decoder Configuration" Under Codec's disable the following: (H.264, Xvid, DivX 4/5/6, MPEG1, MPEG2, all WMV's) Reboot Install Official Xvid build Reboot Install nVidia PureVideo Reboot Hopefully have fun... *Note* I think there is a H.264 setting in Xvid...so you may have to disable that during it's installation. Really I think the whole thing comes down to the position of the moon and alignment of the other local planets...for things to work out right.
  8. Neo-Geo King of Fighters 2003 (MSV). Hehe emulated with FBA @ 4x window mode using a HQ4x filter, then snagged with HyperSnap...as FBA doesn't grab filtering when taking a screenshot. Also if using Photoshop, be sure to flatten the image, then do "Replace Color..." make sure its set to pure black R,G,B 0,0,0 set Fuzziness to 10 then set Lightness to +4 & click OK, and save it off as a png.
  9. Well glad everyone seems to like it thus far. Hopefully Adultery will see fit to give this one a go. That said I still feel like I'm stepping on people toes.
  10. Adultery - Here is an alternative psd...got bored and was looking to get it more opened up...tried to produce a glass like effect and...well it failed...so far. I gained a mild percentage over the prior ones, but nothing worth while. Down side is mine you have to work with much larger images...as you need to scale down...not up...other wise images will look like ass.
  11. I'd be up for it, but I'm across the pond.
  12. Well I'm no AHK expert but what you got posted seems rather clean to me...well you could remove the commented lines...but that amounts to nothing. Its as bare bones as it gets...how you have it.
  13. heh nothing is special about 9...& no idea about what Tom's update schedule is...just been a target I've been focusing on to get stuff out the door by....tho by and large I've fallen down on nearly everything thus far. That said generally when the primary number goes up a value new features are generally added...minor numbers generally reflect bug fixes. So like the DB's you've been working on is a new feature...a big one at that. The Import INI's I've been working on are a minor update. Distributed loaders\wrappers medium new feature. This Bezel feature has long been desired by a number of users...so its a fairly big one as well. Search which last I checked got the most forum votes will likely been coming out in 9.x which is a major update.
  14. lol
  15. heh I think someone is underwhelmed by the cleverness shown here.
  16. LOL...nice
  17. hmm why linux? Shouldn't the i686-pc-cygwin build work fine after if preceded by Cygwin first? Tho frankly I'm talking out of my ass for the most part.
  18. hmm I thought most things compiled for mame where with GCC...which build...I don't know.

    Beta DB's

LB11 - Good deal looking forward to giving your handy work a good workout. Stu - Would it be possible to examine the Moby cat info can compare it to AllGame's and see if there is a distinct pattern of how they relate to one another...I'm just thinking that if its possible...and if the results appear to be constant...maybe we can fill out the rest of the db's based off Moby data. Just thinking maybe an hour or two of your genius may save LB11 a lot of time...if its possible.
  20. Epsxe.exe "[ISOPath]/[ISOFile]" Is wrong. Epsxe.exe "[RomPath]/[RomFile]" Is correct....however some images may not load as they are not supported by the CDRom Plugin...in which case your typically better off mounting the image with Daemon Tools through Launch Before\After. *Update* Good to hear you got things worked out.

    1964 blank screen

Well I didn't play a whole lot with 1964...just enough to get the loader written...but I did use Rice's plugin...maybe give the latest build a try and see if that plays better with the laptop.

    1964 blank screen

try a different video rendering plugin...ideally one based on DirectX.
  23. Another question...are the roms in 7zip format...and if so are you registered?
