  1. So far i've roughly done about 30 screens, for the complete experience i've tallied it up to roughly 140 screen's, they include alternatives like Genesis/Megadrive etc..
  2. Yay, Altered Beast
  3. Hey metroduck, A little bit more information on the problems your having with each emulator would make things on our end a little easier. Also your log.txt, gameex.ini files and the .ini files for the emulators that are not working would also help, information on this can be found here http://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/12180-just-brought-game-ex/#entry97219
  4. I had the flu a couple of weeks ago and lay on the sofa for 3 days without getting up, I got waited on hand and foot.
  5. Any problems with the nag screen and its best to drop Tom Speirs a message and he'll get back to you !
  6. Looking forward to it Krak ! oh yeah and I feel for you cus flu sucks ass.
  7. Thanks celly
  8. Happy Birthday IMB !
  9. I've done about 5 more screens and maaaaaaan that was exhausting. Here's a couple of examples.
  10. Hey, I believe this can be done with plugin manager which is located in the GameEx root folder. Just tick them and configure then your good to go. Ive attached a snap to show where the plugin manager is.
  11. There is also another method which is more simple but is not always effective as for some reason the buttons occasionally reappear. Load up your theme in theme editor, then go to Edit>Options>Settings> then untick the show buttons tab. The reason why I answered with my first post was because unticking show buttons is not always effective as completely removing them from the theme.
  12. Hey, The best way to remove these arrows is within the theme editor. Open up the theme your using in the theme editor, look on the left hand side of the theme editor and finds buttons under object browser, Now change the x or y axis to 2000 for: Arrow Down Arrow Down Pressed Arrow Up Arrow Up Pressed Then save the theme. Be advised that if you not using custom emulators/modules with your theme, then they will be removed entirely throughout the theme so basically fast scrolling would be kinda be disabled, unless your using another method to fast scroll.
  13. Did the rom filter that I gave you work, it should have? If you wanted the inclusion of .img files, the rom filter would look like this, *.bin;*.iso;*.img If you copy the above into the rom filter for ePSXe, it should work. In terms of the best Playstation emulator, this all comes down to preference, I use ePSXe just because ive had it since the beginning of time , I think the pSX emulator has better compatibility and is easier to setup but ePSXe is more feature rich with the likes of filters/plugins so it looks better IMO anyway. I cant judge pSX because ive never used it and probably never will. Heres a topic about the new version of ePSXe
  14. This is the final presentation of what the system screens will look like. Now i've got the PSD files fully setup I hope that each screen wont take too long, each PSD has about 25 layers. Ive added more glossy finishes to some of the pieces in each system screen.
  15. A revised version of the Super Nintendo system screen, I think I prefer this one !
  16. Thanks starbuck, I'm already going through changes with this theme, I'll upload some snaps within the next hour.
  17. Just When You Thought It Was Safe To Go Back Into The Water...

  18. Go to ePSXe emulator in the setup wizard and scroll halfway down and you will see it. It's on the same page as where you setup your Rom paths etc for ePSXe.
  19. Try this in your Rom filter for ePSXe *.bin;*.iso This will only show .bin and .iso files and remove .cue files.
  20. Here's some new snaps of some other emulator screen's, I'm just concentrating on system screen's at the moment. Snaps Removed
  21. Hey, In relation to your roms not showing in GameEx, are your roms in the correct directory, are they zipped up?, and also what extension do your roms have?
  22. Thanks for those kind words Tempest.
  23. Here is another theme i'm working on called Emu City. Its set at 1920x1080 and utilises the custom emulator modules. This is a pretty big WIP but it's turning out to look sweet Ive attached some very basic beginner snaps of the theme. Emu City progression below (This is just to show the progress of each screen within the theme) Entries marked with Complete are finalized and will not be edited/changed.
  24. Good work Krak, that Hang On theme is sweet.
  25. Merry Christmas All, I love doing my bit for my local community so this year I donated my old PSP, DS and my old laptop to my local children's hospital and I'm also taking 2 hours of my Christmas day time to help those less fortunate than others. I'm always happy donating to a worthy cause just for the smiles on their faces.
