whats up guys, im trying to get Freedo to work with my two Xbox 360 (wirless) controllers. i dont see anyway of mapping them with freedo. so i am trying out Xpadder for the first time. I can set up one controller just fine but when i try to map the 2nd controller its not working. only one controller will work at a time. If anyone here is good w/ xpadder can you pelase help. Should i try joy2key maybe its easier to work with?

Can anyone help me get kat5200 to go fullscreen.Ive tryed everything in the video options best i could do is get it fullscreen but in 4:3 so i have to strech the screen with my tv remote. even when i check mark the widescreen box doesnt help. most emulators let me strech the image to fullscreen without using the tv remote. i have a 52" 1080p lcd (if that matters). thanks guys

@frequency thanks for all your help. I just ended up finding a new set with better naming so im all set now.

i tried fixing the map file for adams family real quick just to test. I edited the EMU_29 map file to look like this: Addams Family [CD][TGXCD1019][iCOM Simulations][1991][PCE][rigg].cue "Addams Family" it worked but only on the game select menu once i select "adams family" on the game info screen it goes back to showing the full name? its so long it bleeds into the play game option so you cant read anyting.

great ill give tempest Map file app a try tomorrow when i get off work. thanks for the tip i was a bit iffy about editing my .cue files.

this did work but only if i add this () type of bracket any text in [] type bracket still apperas. so i had to add () to any text after the rom name ex: Addams Family [CD][TGXCD1019][iCOM Simulations][1991][PCE][rigg].cue Addams Family ([CD][TGXCD1019][iCOM Simulations][1991][PCE][rigg]).cue i hope i dont have to add these () in all my roms in this set?

Hey guys im have trouble getting the "Dont Show Text in Bracket" feature to work with turbografx cd (magic engine) i dont have this issue you with any of the other emulators i have set up. its really annoying with all the roms having such long names (as you can see in my game card). attached is my turbgrafx cd .ini thank you guys for any help you can provide. @Draco i just gotta say i am blown away by your logo packs. They are amazing i loive the way they reflect and have both console logos & names. All i can say is thank you for all your hard work. i did see you made a pc logo for one of our fellow gameexers here in this thread. Now i dont wanna get anything started or anything but i was really hoping you could do the same for me & maybe add the "games for windows" text. it took a long time for me to pick out the perfect HTPC case for my entertainment center and would awesome if i could show it off in gameex. also im throwin in a .png of Sega SG-1000 in case you would like to add it to the pack as well. Thanx again p.s. ill post some pic of your logos being used in my setup soon as i figure out how to take snaps in gameex

I too am having it keep asking me to update even though i just updated 4 times and also tried rebooting my pc with no luck.

Ok so all i did was close and reopen GameEx and it now magically works. All is fine Thanks

Also the game will launch if i double click on the shorcut so i know the shorcut is working.

ok i turned off the treat as pc game and that fixed issue with going straight into the first game. but now only one of the two games will launch through GameEx. i have both games shorcuts set up the same way so i dont get it? the game will start to launch then goes right back the GameEx? the othere game launches no issues.

ok still having an issue. In GameEx it says i have to games in windows games folder but when i click to view games it s like it double clicks and goes straight into the first game and just gives me the option to play game?

Thanks everyone by creating a roms folder and adding shorcuts fixed the issues. This forum is the best thanks again.

what should i use for the emulator path? maybe someone that has the all setup could post your .ini so i could take a look? thanks

Hey guys been trying to find a way to get a pc game to launch through GameEx i can get all my emulators to launch fine but no luck with pc games.if anyone know how i can get this going please help. Thanks

hey guys im trying to find as many Gamecube video snaps as i can. i am registered on emumovies but even there i cant seem to find any. maybe im not looking in the right place. has anybody had any luck finding video snaps or static snaps for Gamecube? thanx

I tried deleting the .Map file and now i cant see any games? i tried reseting up a 2nd psx emulator jusrt to test it out and with i go to add my roms path it dsnt show any of the games folders. this is a really weird issue. not sure what eles to try?

Hey guys im having trouble with my PSX games list it wont seem to update. i put in about 18 test games a week ago wich all worked fine but now that i go to add the rest of my games its not updating the list at all. just the same 18 games keep showing up. doesnt matter if i take a game out of the folder or add a new game. i have set up abut 8 other emulators and all always update fine this is the first time this has happend. my GameEx did auto update tonight so not sure if something happend with the update. Any ideas guys? PSX Setup.txt

i tried all three bios and still have 4 out 10 games that i tested that give that error no matter what. either right when i boot or shortly after.

im not using a bio u shouldnt need one with current version of SSF is what i thought was the case. i could be wrong

yeah its weird if i change to japan then it will work for around a give me the error again after it loads the 2nd round?

im pretty sure its US version as i see no japaneese text in game during the 1 min before it crashes. i tested a few more games and panzer the dragon works fine. but sega rally wont boot at all just get the _drivestatus_ play() error. Fatal error. right away. any ideas?
