ok actually the 360 controller seems to work fine with zinc except i cant figure out what button is used to insert coin and start the game. i have to press 1 on the keyboard to insert coins & press 5 to start the game once i do that i can play the game with the x360 controller. it would be nice if i could maybe just edit something in the controller.znc to re map those two keys?

ok my bad all i was missing was changing it to full screen in the renderer.cfg its now booting fine from gameex. one more question. any idea if there is a way to config this emulator to use an xbox 360 controller?

thanks for all your help as always. sorry i tend to be a bad listener when i get frustrated. anyway i got the renderer.znc and re tryed step 4B. i added the "pause" in the run last file and the game will boots fine that way. but when i try from gameex i just get stuck on a black screen. if i hit alt+tab i can see the game running in the backround?

i dont see a renderer.znc file in the zinc folder? i only have a renderer.cfg file. last run.txt

Hey guys im tring to use the Zinc & Gameex integration but when i try to launch a game it trys to launch but then sends me right back to gameex. im thinking the problem might be my zinc options. maybe it would be better if i set it up as a separate emulator? i have read that zinc is one of the more difficult emulators to work with. so any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks zinc.txt

@Frequency all your help is very much appreciated. The command line worked like a charm as far as getting the game running through gameex. the only problem im having now is getting the game to load in fullscreen. i tryed changing the display settings in the Winuae properties but everytime i close and re open winuae it goes back to windowed for some reason?

thanks for your reply. yes this emulator will support .cue files and they work fine outside gameex. all my CD32 games are iso/cue format. i took out the virtual clone drive in the command line cause it didnt work plus i have never had luck getting emulators to work with the virtual clone drive.so i just use daemon tools as needed. although winuae seems to have an on board virtual drive so i dont need to use daemon tools.

hey guys im trying to set up Amiga CD32 so far i got it running outside of gameex. if i try to luanch through gameex winaue just loads a white screen with a disk that says work bench v 1.3 and the game never loads? if anyone here has amiga 32 setup can you post your .ini so i can see what im doing wrong. thank you Amiga CD32.txt

The wired thing is i also use Demul for my Atomiswave games and it works fine. i can exit games and still have control once back in gameex.i have both emulators set up the same way. by importing the Raine config in the setup wizard and just changing all the paths. i dont undestand why its not working with naomi the same way it works for atomiswave. anyone have any ideas? Sorry guys i was a bit quick to mark this as resolved. i dont know how i didnt notice this issue before. the issue is while playing a game if i hit the ESC key it will close the game and send me back to gameex like it should but for some reason i lose all control. i cant use the arrow keys to scroll or enter to play nothing is working. I have to restart gameex to get things back to normal. Update-the one button that will still work is the left mouse button. so i tryed to relaunch the game and the game does launch but once i exit gameex gives me this error log. Naomi.txt Error Log.txt

yes i did import raine config cause i couldnt find the emulator setup for demul in the setup wizard. i did change all the paths and everything so i didnt think it would be a issue. Also i did try setting this "Mapping Off [ESC]" but no luck. here is the latest ini -UPDATE- seems to be working now i did a quick reboot and it magically works. this is the best forum hands down. now im done for today i promise lol Naomi.txt

hello again im working on demul for my Naomi games. and for some reason when ever i hit ESC from in game it should close the game and send me back to gameex. but its only closing the game & gameex stays out of focus and never comes back. i have to kill it (Gameex.ex*32) from the task manager and reopen. im sure its something easy im missing any ideas? Hey guys sorry about all the freedo post today. i didnt wanna spend all day on this and turns out i have. o well lol. any way i found there is a newer version of freedo ver. 2.1 that will support save states as well as joystick support so you dont need xpadder to map keys. It works great outside of gameex. The only problem is i cant get it to work with the freedo loader & freedo wrapper? So if i try and boot from gameex i have to click ARM and START before the game will start playing. If anyone is interested in testing this out it seems to be a nice version of freedo if we can get it to work here is the link.

is there any way to save games in freedo? most emulators have shortcut keys for save/load states or virtual memory cards but i cant find anyway to save with feedo. am i missing something? thanks

i fixed the "/" but still basiclly doing the same thing not minimizing and game is not launching. still giving me the error cant load profile "c" also.

@adultery hey whats up. i have all day to figure this out i just hope it wont take all day hehe.so here is the update on whats happening now. i tryed setting it up the way you said above. but still not working. i think the problem may be the minimize/close commands are not working. it keeps trying to load proifile "m" or "c" and getting an error. also the game never launches just expadder then i get a black screen. so i hit ESc to go back to gameex then if i try and reload the game it works cause xpadder is already loaded and never closed from the first attempt. if this makes any sense? do you think it would be easier to try mesk idea? im just not really sure how to do that either as i have never needed this feature before. 3d0 ini.txt xpadder config.txt
