  1. Thanks. I was using another wrapper but when I switched HD's it stopped working. I decided to try yours and it mounts the games and starts fine. Zwrite and alpha both work. Just capcomhack doesn't.
  2. Ok I figured out how to add these commands to each individual game. However the capcomhack option doesn't work for me. Even though I have it set to true. Any ideas?
  3. Anyway to force global command line options? ie. -capcomhack -zwrite -zwritealpha? If not. How do I enable these with the wrapper?
  4. I'm sorry. I didn't mean the Ultra's. Wrong manufacture. I mean the Supers. http://www.happcontrols.com/joysticks/super_joy.htm I have alot on my mind.
  5. Can you turn off JIT Debugger and try again?
  6. Use Happ Ultra's.

    Key to Joy?

Ok thanks for the reply. I have a problem. In my Vt config. Im unable to set keys for player 2. Players 2-4 are shaded out. Do I need to uninstall vt and start over?
  11. Its telling you that the path you specified for emulator 9 is incorrect. Go into your config settings for that emulator and double check the path or disable the emu if not using.
  12. Maybe use clrmamepro on your roms first.
  13. It all depends on what you dl'ed. Did you dl a pre made game or just chars and such?

    Key to Joy?

Can someone provide me a complete step by step tutorial on getting this setup with virtua tennis please. I'm totally missing the boat on this one.
  15. Open this thread an dl the file on the 2nd post. http://www.gameex.info/forums/index.php?showtopic=2759 Filename: GameEx_Roms Make sure you options are set exactly as described there. Then try and update list.
  16. Try turning off show desktop in your emulator config inside gameex. It may prevent your emulator from showing. In your display settings in gameex. You can also turn on hide desktop.
  17. What Mame version are you using? Try turning off verify roms in setup wizard.
  18. Turn "Debug Mode" OFF under your emulater settings in GameEx.
  19. From past post's I gather the answer is no. I think it was mentioned as a feature request.
  20. As far as I know. The answer is No to both your questions. If you are inside GameEx and you bind 1 key to both exit/back. How would the software know which command you want it to do? You first question Tom could probably add to the software. You should post this in the feature request Topic. It would be nice to have an option to exit back to mame game list.

  23. Please post your gameex log in gameex/log directory. Also go into setup wizard and use the verify setup option. See if any errors are produced. What verison of mame you using? What rom version?
  24. yes check the rom paths to your orginal mame. Not advancemame. Its showing as c:\emulators\mame
  25. Go in the Setup Wizard and click verify setup. Does it show any errors? # Whether to use AdvanceMame for launching ROMS. You will still need # a valid version of Windows MAME or MAME32 and specify it above. # This is required for generating the game list. However if you set # UseAdvanceMAME to true The EXE and path below will be used for launching # games. Be sure to setup Your advmame.rc file, or use the # AdvanceMAMEOptions # # Both Windows and DOS version are supported. DOS only on Win 98/ME # NOTE: Dont use the -sound_volume option in AdvanceMAMEOptions # as attract mode uses it. # Note: AdvanceMAMEPath should not include the EXE, # just the full path to where AdvanceMAME is located. Specify the EXE # in AdvanceMAMEExe UseAdvanceMAME=True AdvanceMAMEExe=advmame.exe AdvanceMAMEPAth=C:\Emulators\mame AdvanceMameOptions=-device_video_output fullscreen -quiet -dir_rom "C:\Emulators\Mame\roms"
