  1. That was actually the reason I chose that video. I'm glad you caught it! I LOL'd a little bit when I saw the thumbnail. Now then, what were we talking about? I forget... Oh, right... It was not forgetting.
  2. It sorta feels like everytime someone tries to help, you question the authenticity or complain about the questions and requests from the assistor. I really think it's probably a language thing and I apologize if it is, but your comments read as really abrasive. You won't get much help from anyone here if you're going to serve them a spoonful of bleach every time someone responds. That being said... Truth is, it matters how you play, which is why @Draco1962 asked that question. Different inputs use different methods... Some are Direct Input, some are X Input, some are keyboard strokes emulated through buttons... Each thing matters, no matter how insignificant it seems to you. /me climbs off soapbox Now for your post... I'm having a tough time understanding what you're asking. Is the issue that ESC closes your PC game and you don't want it to? If so, I assure you it's the global mapping that's getting in your way: You need to disable this setting, otherwise you will always have ESC act as an exit key. You will then need to do something in the emulator itself instead. By definition, "global exit" means exactly that, it's global acrossed everything. There may be a way to ignore it for an emulator, but I don't use/need the global exit feature. I use Xpadder key mapping/assignments instead. If what you're saying is that you can't get it to close using ESC but that's what the PC requires and you're using a gamepad... You can try this setting: Alternately (since I know you're already using Xpadder based on the last thread(s) I assisted you with), map a key to it and load a profile for your PC games. I have a few emulators that only have a few non-essential keys mapped (specifically for RetroArch, I have a SHIFT key I hold to load an alternate button set, and that modifier has things like Rewind, Save/Load State, Emulator Exit, etc). I've never had much luck with that baked-in Advanced Config feature you're asking about personally, so I don't use it. Hopefully some of that is helpful.
  3. I tracked down your issue in the other thread.
  4. See my note above, your issue is with Xpadder.exe not the plug-in.
  5. Nevermind I figured it out: ERROR @ XPADDER: A operação solicitada requer elevação Xpadder is looking for Admin permissions and the exe won't launch. So your issue is actually Xpadder.exe not the plug-in. You can check it by clicking it, if it prompts you to give elevated permission, you'll have to put it somewhere else on your computer or set the option to run as administrator in the program options (which is hit or miss).
  6. Can you post the settings.xml for the Xpadder plugin? Located in the same place the log is. And if you have it on, please disable the plugin's auto-backup option.
  7. Check it I meant. Do the opposite of what it is now.
  8. Sorry, I meant post it after you run GameEx, and don't open the configuration in between. My bad.
  9. Please post the log I asked for in the other thread as well: GameEx > Plugins > Xpadder Thanks.
  10. Uncheck the "Diasble Controller Enumeration" option and try again please. Also attach the Xpadder plugin log in GameEx > Plugins > Xpadder
  11. Also, the Plug-in Manager had been depreciated some time ago, you should instead use the Repository Manager. It's a totally different thing. Please also make sure you have .net framework 3.5 installed.
  12. Interesting, that error you listed is not related to my plug-in. That needs a GameEx bug ticket.
  13. I'm sure this is due to some issue with how you installed the plug-in, and some dependencies are missing although I can't read the message since it's not in English. Please download/install the plug-in using the Repository Manager.
  14. Hi there, You should be updating through the Repository Manager (which is the officially supported update method for all plugins), but yes... The .dll files should go in GameEx > Plugins. Make sure you have .NET Framework 3.5 installed on your machine. Also please provide a screenshot of your PLUGINS folder. Thanks.

  16. I will eventually be porting my plugin over once the ability is added to do so. Right now there's no plugin support in Evo IIRC, @Tom Speirs can correct me if I'm wrong of course.
  17. Updated to 1.1.1: Updated plugin to run with x64 and x32 versions of GameEx Updated .NET Framework version to 3.5 Updated the plugin framework to the latest versions Some minor code tweaks and stability improvements
  18. Very intrusive update, please download and test the beta version attached to the download section. If it looks good in the wild, I have to do some major code optimization on this one and fix a lot of sloppy behavior, but I want to wait on that until I can verify that it works with the architecture move. Thanks for your help everyone! Here are the release notes for the beta: BETA VERSION: There were some very intrusive changes in this release (especially with the DracLabs API access methods and the dependencies), so please try it out and report any bugs in it so that I can fix them. If I don't hear any complaints after a while, I'll put it out officially after I refactor some of the code in it. Updated plugin to be compatible with GameEx x64 or x32 versions Updated .NET Framework version to 3.5 Fixed a lot of dependencies on old code due to the .NET FW upgrade Lots of changes in the account linking process between DracLabs and GameEx. If this is gonna bust somewhere, that's where I expect to see it happen
  19. Updated to 1.0.9: Updated to be compatible with x32 and x64 versions of GameEx Updated .NET Framework version to 3.5 Minor code fixes due to .NET FW update Updated plugin framework to latest version Minor code optimizations and stability improvements
  20. Updated GameEx version to 1.1.9: Updated to be compatible with GameEx x64 and x86 versions Updated .NET Framework to 3.5 Updated plugin framework to latest version Code optimizations and stability improvements
  21. Updated to 1.3.7: Updated .NET Framework to 3.5 Updated for compatibility with both x64 or x32 GameEx versions Updated plugin framework to latest version Minor stability enhancements and code optimizations
  22. ^^ this on the heels of the announcement that the PS Classic is using PSCX ReARMed... https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2018/11/sony-using-open-source-emulator-for-playstation-classic-plug-and-play/ None of those things is illegal if they disclose it publicly...
