the Sound card i have has a coax out which is a single cable all the outputs are in digital could be a DVD or mp3 the or any sound the card is a HDA Mystique 7.1 gold i know i had a few problems with creatvie cards i got dvds playin with digital out but sempt like a waste or time because i had digital speakers and i never realy watch dvds on my pc so i found the above card and never looked back there are only a few sound cards that i know of that support live DD encoding thats the one i have and the Old NForce 2 Onboard sound card both have the single coax cable. this will be the only way to get 5.1 digital output all the time baring in mind gameex dont pay Dobly for the licence to endcode into its DD format ;)that will be why DD dosnt work in gameex, my way bypasses this. the one main advantage is you can rock the house as the sound dosnt break up as easly
