Couldn't you just ALT+TAB out of GameEx?

You can also zip up each CD image and then enable 7zip support, although this is pretty slow.

Has anyone seen or created any scripts for this yet? I couldn't turn anything up.

Hi All, I'm having a problem where my Most Played list does not work properly. The only games that show up on the list are those being handled by Zinc or the M2 emulator - nothing that MAME runs directly is listed. I checked the raw data in the GameEx database and the play counts are there for all games, but for some reason this isn't translating to the list. Everything else is working fine, including favorites and last played. I'm really not sure where to look next. Thanks, Endaar

I appreciate the replies. It doesn't seem like snap delay really accomplishes what I'd like though, but I'm content with just stills for the time being Tom, excellent work on GameEx...I just registered. Well worth the small price.

Hi All, My apologies if this is covered elsewhere. I did search and could not find an answer. Is it possible to display a snapshot while scrolling through the game list and then display the video preview only once a specific game is selected? This seems like it would be a good performance compromise. My vidoes display quickly, but scrolling the list is still noticeably slower than with only the stills being displayed. This is on a 3.0Ghz Pentium4 D, with 2GB RAM, FWIW. I appreciate the help. Thanks, Endaar
