  1. Thanks for the news Tom and also for the upcoming update to the forums!
  2. Thanks for the news Tom!
  3. Will send you again! Junk IM! LOL.
  4. It can be generated by one file or by system. I don't see a problem with generating with just one file as the names are not duplicated. I already sent command-line to Tom!
  5. That is the one that is created by the GUI. So using those settings from command-line (e.g. GameEx) won't be called. Copy that file main MAME directory and rename it mame.ini and give it a test. If not then we'll troubleshoot from there.
  6. Do you have a mame.ini file in the mame directory?
  7. Thanks guys!
  8. I still say that it's using a different config cuz using MAME32. So when calling from command-line, that switch is not being made. I have troubleshooted something like this before which is why I suggest this. But I can't just guess, I need details. PM me when you get a chance LucasBarton and we'll try to troubleshoot in real-time.
  9. Yes! Valid for logos too! As created a capcom, sega, etc. of these for my own setup.
  10. Glad it got sorted out even if it was on it's own.
  11. Once the file is unzipped, it will stay unzipped till the game is exited. So shouldn't affect anything other than the initial unzipping process.
  12. Try the following in the launch before: "C:\Program Files (x86)\DAEMON Tools Lite\DTLite.exe" -mount 0,"[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]" Note: Notice Difference in quotes! Also, GameEx now supports using daemon tools lite from command-line instead of using launch and before. May also try that. Command-line would then be as followed (without launch before/after): SSF.EXE [-VIRTUALDRIVE-] Search brought me here. Hopefully it will be the same solution!
  13. I'll mention it to Tom and the team will figure out a solution for this new method.
  14. As mentioned by Adultery, the solution would be to use a map file for fixing the list name. However also as metioned, it won't help with arwork for these systems since we nor Emumovies currently support this format. There will have to be some work put into this for this to work. Something we'll get together and figure out. For the time being, I suggest using a map file till then.
  15. Please give an example! What are your renaming the file to? What type of file is it? What is the command-line you're using?
  16. Have a look here! I'm assuming this is what the OP is referring to.
  17. Very nice work! Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing more.
  18. Welcome back!
  19. Perhaps a bug was introduced? I'll direct Tom to this topic so he can do some testing. Please stay tuned!
  20. Happy Birthday!
  21. Happy Birthday!
  22. It's because mame32 and GameEx are using different settings. If you look at your mame.ini file or similiar it will show that you have it set to switch. Best solution would be to use those settings in command-line as well or use a mame.ini file in your default mame directory. I remember mame32 creating it's own but don't remember where since don't use it anymore. If you want real-time support, can always meet me in the chat room and we can get it sorted.
  23. Glad you got it solved. Will you please post your solution in case someone else runs into this problem? Marking as resolved. Also, welcome to the forums!
  24. Please post the contents of the configuration.xml file found in the data directory of your ParaJVE install folder.
