  1. Hmm.. I my multiplayer categories also dissapeared some time ago, but I haven't looked into it. I just figured it was something I did (and it probably still is). Actually, the categories was shown, but no games inside.
  2. Fantastic. Can't wait to try it out.
  3. Exactly! Oh thats right! I stumbled upon those once and was ecstatic.. but couldn't remember what it was called so I totally forgot about them again. Who could have figured it was called Game & Watch Gallery...
  4. I also have a collection of simulated G&W games, but I estimated that the time that was needed for getting them to work in GameEx, could be better spent setting up other emulators. Instead, a buddy of mine, who's also nuts about G&W, went on Ebay, and bought a bunch of the originals. I'd be very interested in a wrapper though.
  5. I don't have a clue of what you just said.
  6. Uhmm.. sorry, I'm having a hard time guessing what you write most of the time. But if I understand your issue correct. You are wondering why your Amiga games doesn't run through GameEx? What you have to do, is create a .uae config file for each game you want to play through GameEx. Search for headkaze's UAE Config Creator script here on the forum, to automate the process. Then you point your rom folder to the folder containing the .uae config files.
  7. Nicely done. I really like the artwork.

    WinUAE very slow

Make sure you have floppy speed set to 800 (max) in the UAE config. Though you should be aware that some games could have a problem with higher floppy speeds, but I haven't noticed anything. I made a config creater script with a buddy of mine, based on the GameBase set. Much cleaner set, without all the cracks and trainer versions. Only one version for each game. The script doesn't have a gui yet though, but I could make it available to you, if you're interested.
  9. The Ultimate Boot CD has everything you need for testing. Though, trying the different PSU and GFX card before starting the tests could save you a ton of time.
  10. If you haven't already, I would suggest you tried a different PSU and/or a different graphics card. Even though the voltages look alright, it doesn't rule out that the PSU is at fault. And I've had several illogical problems with graphics cards over the years, so it wouldn't surprise me, if that was the cause. But generally, any piece of hardware connected in or to your pc, could be at fault.
  11. I just recalled this little fun fact, 111.111.111 x 111.111.111 = 12345678987654321 Nevertheless, that was even more off-topic, and I apologize.
  12. I used to have a TOSEC/GoodMerge combination, but found that No-Intro was waaay easier. So I've updated every set I had to No-Intro.
  13. I'll pop in to the chat for a while. Don't worry if I don't answer right away, I'll check the window from time to time.
  14. I tried the SQ files, when I ran into this problem. It could be ffdshow's fault, I'll have to look into it.
  15. Awesome job. Only reason why I haven't grabbed them yet, is that I haven't had that much time lately to look at my cab pc. And as HK, i don't know either which ones are final (if any), or even which ones are the latest version. If you listed all the latest official releases in one post, It'd be easier for someone like me, who hasn't been following the development intensely.
  16. I think this is the third thread on this topic, and I'm beginning to think that Circo's doing something different in his new set, that doesn't go well on all systems (in GameEx). I had the exact same problem, as a couple of others in the other threads. The video's play fine out of GameEx, but stalls after 3 seconds in GameEx. It might be the alphablend option, as LB11 stated. But then again, Circo's latest emumovies set is the only collection of video snaps I've experienced this problem with. His old 106 set is what i went back to, and that runs perfectly fine, as do the Sega, Nintendo, TurboGraf-X, etc. video snap sets I have.
  17. Whoa, awesome. This will certainly come in handy.
  18. I tried it with the low quality videos. And as Rusty here, the latest Circo Mame video set is the only one I've had problems with.
  19. I had this exact problem with Circo's newest video snaps, so I went back to the old set I had. Now I don't have the freeze-after-3-seconds problem. I also use ffdshow.
  20. Ok, I tried some stuff, like upgrading the nvidia drivers, and changing different display options, but I couldn't get it to work again. So I'm giving up on it, as I have no clue what to try next. Although I think its a cool feature, for me its not a huge deal, as I'm still able to flip through the galleries manually. So I wouldn't mind if it took a while for Tom to fix, if it is a general problem. Heck, I know from myself that bugfixing can be tedious, so by all means, I think he should focus on the fun stuff, like adding cool new features. I'm just impressed by all the hard work Tom has put into this project.
  21. Here's the dxdiag from my cab pc. DxDiag.txt
  22. Is this a question of naming it something too close to the official release? In that case, I think the name has been firmly announced as HoffMame: Sexual Chocolate Edition, which shouldn't get the devs piss to boil, in my opinion. :]
  23. I have a Nvidia GeForce FX 5900XT with 128mb's of ram. I'm not running the latest ForceWare drivers though, as I had problems with the TV-Out signal on versions 70.xx and up (if i remember the version number correctly). I can get a dxdiag log for you later, if that'll help you in any way.
  24. Yeah, I don't have any theories either, so if I ever figure it out, it's by trying something random. Changing themes didn't fix it for me, as I thought it might have.
  25. Well, I didn't really get any further. I haven't had that much time lately to fiddle with it. But its on my list of things to do.
