I believe it was called "The Next Tetris" it had sticky blocks and such...pretty fun to play head-to-head.

They were working in 9.62, stopped in 9.63...updating to 9.64 right now...still not playing. Will look to see if renaming/deleting the icon has any effect... Ok, when i have Daphne.png and Daphne.mpg ..only the icon is displayed..renaming Daphne.png to .bak makes the mpg play. problem solved. Odd that it changed from 9.62 to 9.63-64 Thanks for the great FE Tom!

Yeah, I printed it on the old inkjet..I want to have the gfx-layout for my bezel. I think I might try just adding a blank <space> to the end of each text label and see how that looks.

9.63 no longer shows my menu avi's. I hade little movies for future pinball, emulators and now they don't play...only the icon displays.

which version SlikStik? I might have the .cfg file you need. (I have the Classic unit)

Hello. I tried using this program to design a SlikStik layout to use as an instruction card on my bezel. Everything went well, it looks nice (great program), but when I printed it..all the labels had the last letter cut off (ie, PAUSE printed as PAUS, Start only printed as Star, etc.etc) Did I do something wrong? Is it a known bug? Is there a way to correct it? Thank you,

How do you plan on installing that in a cab? I wonder how the sensor bars would work behind the plexiglas.

had the same question. this is one of the last things to do on my cab..wire the PC on/off switch to an arcade type switch on the top of the cab. I assumed I could just cut and extend the PC wires to my new switch? Got one of those cool power strips that turn everything on when the pc turns on, marquee, monitor, speaker, coin door lights.

almost all of the larger LCD monitors I see advertised these days are widescreen. does this effect how arcade games look when running MAME? (I currently have a 19" lcd that's NOT widescreen and I'd like to upgrade to a bigger screen)

Probably, but I get so sick of f'ing around with codecs. Converting them all worked, took less than no time and makes GameEX happy (which makes me happy)

I had that problem using avi's, converted em all to mpg's and GameEX has no probs with em.

wow I'm a doofus! I've been running ePSXe as an external app instead of an emulator...your way is much easier/better

I have a USB->Playstation controller adapter I picked up at Radio Shack for $12. I use it to play my console emulators with my Dualshock and I can even use my Guitar Hero controller with Frets of Fire. (Personally I believe my arcade cab should be a "one-stop" source of entertainment. Arcade games, console games, jukebox)

well, I put GameEX in my startup folder and it starts *after* windows so that it goes right into GameEX and I don't have to click on anything...

I recently got into Visual Pinball so I decided to make an icon that fit better with my theme. It has a transparent background so it won't fudge up the pretty themes people have made. EDIT: forgot the attachment..here ya go Pinball.zip -

I got my tables to show up, but they list as odd looking names. What is the naming convention for the SNAPS so that I can at least have a picture to identify the tables?
