  1. Just installed 6.00 from a year and a half ago. Same problem. For the life of me I am not sure what may have changed on my end. Sure seems like a simple setting to change the record orientation 180 degrees. But where?
  2. One more thing. I installed ffmpeg years ago. Should that maybe be updated? If yes, can I please get a link to the DL. I am very confused with locating the right thing. Thanks.
  3. Draco, I changed it ton 180. Still up-side-down. I honestly dont see any difference regardless of this setting when PBX is running. Tom, When testing, I am creating all new recordings. Same problem. Im not sure how many revs ago it was, but this has previously worked flawless for me in the past. I will run an older rev and see if I can find a working version. Thanks again guys for looking into this. I will gladly continue to test to help find the bug.
  4. Just tried 6.45. Video is still up-side-down. To clarify, my large playfield TV is set to portrait mode as shown below: It seems there needs to be another adjustment available - main screen recording rotation. Then each person can set it to either of the four directions they are configured for.
  5. just installed 6.46 and I have the same problem. The video is up-side-down. I will try 6.45 now. Is there a setting that sets the orientation of the recording. Could I have that wrong?
  6. Yes, my PF tv is in portrait mode. Will try the new rev in a bit. Thanks again for fixing it.
  7. I have tried the various rotation settings under "display", and regardless what I select, I still get what you see in the image above.
  8. Okay I installed the latest. The recorder is now recording the correct screen, but the recorded image is 180 degrees off. The wheels and other images are correct, but again, the recorded PF video is up-side-down. I think I am using the settings from before, but I might have jacked something up troubleshooting the original issue. Is this a setting, or maybe still a bug? Thanks for the quick attention. I hate to ask, but if this is something I can easily fix on my end, please let me know. We are going to play a lot of VP starting tomorrow and I would love to have the videos in place within PBX.
  9. Thanks for looking into this guys. Is there a value I might need to change in the .ini to make it record display 3 with the table?
  10. Sorry guys. Here you go. log.txt PinballX.ini
  11. Where is the recorder log? I could not find it.
  12. BTW, it used to work fine. I once recorded the playfierld TV like its supposed to.
  13. I just started recording new tables, but the recorder is recording the unwanted backglass on display 1. I only record the tables. My PF TV is display 3 as shown in windows. Does it need to be display 1 instead to record the table? My displays 1 and 2 compose the backglass. Might there be a PBX setting that forces the recorder to record the designated display? Thanks.
  14. Hoping someone saw my response that the issue was resolved in 6.23. Just hoping the fix makes it into the newer revs.
  15. Oh yeah. The time from exiting VP10 and retuning to the browser is 9 seconds. I am pretty sure at some point in the past it was easily half that. I can certainly live with this, but just wanted to mention it.
  16. Holy shit were fixed with 6.23. I opened and closed a problematic table 15 times in a row without it barfing. This was using VP10 RC6 (DXversion). Not sure about the latest 10.8.1 beta. I am very happy with this. What was the issue?
  17. Okay I installed 6.07. Same problem. Then installed 6.0, and saw a step forward, a step back. I saw it open three times, and then not exit. I saw it open twice, and not exit. I saw it open once, and not exit. I saw a very similar thing with 6.20 as well. Weird that there is so much randomness here.
  18. I dont know what a limited K is. Sorry, not a wiz at this stuff anymore. The only PDF I can find is the one called (see below). I searched on "revert" and found nothing. I searched on "older version", and found nothing. The link you posted dead ends. I am willing to help you guys troubleshoot, but I need a better understanding of what to do beyond the "high level". Is this the file your attempting to point me to. Can you screen grab and post the content to point me to trying an older level? Can you tell me precisely the search criteria for this file?
  19. Just installed 6.22. Same exact issue. PBX loads the table the first time, and exits the first time. Reload the table, and its not possible to exit back to the PBX browser. If you manually kill the VPX editor, you get a hang on the loading screen for PBX. I just now tried the exact same table, but this time it loaded the table, but would not exit even on the first attempt. Mike, Please link me to 6.07 and I will try that to see if it works the way it should. Thanks.
  20. Wait the understrike after .exe? I tried it, same problem.
  21. "Rename in the PinballX folder the file PINemHi.exe to PINemHi.exe" Maybe I am nuts, but its the same thing? I just had a party tonight and could not play any virtuea at all. Counting on you guys to figure this thing out. Lew me know what I am missing here and I am more than happy to test.
  22. Okay I switched PBX to GL, and yes, it seems to close and return to the browser. BUT, after a few successful table loads, it freezes on the loading screen. So now kind of the opposite issue like seen in DX. Damnit. Edit. It always hangs on the third attempt to load a table.
