I was getting ready to say all is well, but after running a while the backglass went away!!! Didn't have a chance to reboot before leaving...

And now after being on a couple hours it is slow. Pf is black and it stays on each table for a few minutes. .

Just like mine! Also in the file of don't know what this means... I just noticed 8 instances each of ffd and lav in taskbar. Right clicking shows subtitles checked... lav mp4. Dunno if it helps...

Don't know if this info is of use... this morning, fire up pc, scroll through 3 or 4 games, playfield goes black while I'm slowly scrolling. Exit, reload and its been scrolling on its own for 45 min w/o incident! Also, before fresh install of 7 iwas on xp, had installed and uninstalled shark (before pbx was out) and had been using regular ffdshow. It worked fine then but I would see a lot ffd icons in task bar window... again dunno if it helps, trying to help. I'm not worried... I'm sure you smarty-smarts will figure it out! Thx!

I would really like to see the wheel image in game manager on the left CHANGE with whatever dropdown on the right, wheel, bg etc... I continue to have pinballx make associations outside of manager. Full is using Full House videos. Full has images not videos. I copied Full stills into video folder thinking that might do it. Nope. I changed Full House to FullHouse... About 15 tables have some similar issue jungle, Miss O is usiing Mission Impossible video... It would be nice to see what is chosen in manager...

I just had table blackout just while scrowling. Had only seen it in attract mode before... EDIT: After messing with it off and on today, twice as I was scrolling slowly through a trouble area (the Jungles want to get mixed up, among others...) I lost playfield.

Same here... tried all suggesred shark options... I just lose pf not bg. Idk if related but I have a number video an wheel mismatches. They don't appear in manager just when in pbx. Win7 32 bit P3 nvidia 640 4meg ram. Fresh install of 7 on new drive (kept xp drive in case this didn't work out). Thx

Dunno how hard this is but what if instead of "loading" screen you would see that games flyer on playfield and instruction card on bg?

Still gray on benefits of dmd... I thought according to Jason, the magic of the dmd was the look of the physical dmd. If you're using a 3rd regular monitor what is the advantage over your current 2 monitor setup? Can't you use all the same dmd stuff independently but placed on mon 2 in PBX?

I have 2 weird ones... I have snaps for Full and video snaps for Full House. Fine and seperate in hp but in pbx Full has adopted Full House's vids. I reassigned in latest list mgr and rebooted pc still shows vids... even tried changing vids to Fullhouse...(no space) King Pin had no wheel image and used Indiana Jones!?!? Workaround was make a cheeay one from backglass png. But before there was no way to delete image association, right?

HP would automatically streach my backglass images and vids in attract mode. Will pbx? Am I missing a setup step? Am Ialso missing a tutorial or guide somewhere (too soon?)? Thanks

Thank you for game list editor! I love seeing wheel images. Makes me wish you could see thumbs of all images used... I would still like to know how to edit the main list. Instead of seeing 1970's, 1980s I'd prefer one entry, "By Decade" and in that menu have 30's, 40's-modern. Same for By Manufacturer with sub-menus that would include Originals (I like to keep those seperate). I'd also really like to ditch the scroll and bkg strip at the bottom. Sorry, I'm sure you're chasing down a million other things... I LOVE the look soooo much!! The full Playfield and small wheel-less wheel are GREAT!!!! Thanks and I'll be donating very soon!

Let me start with I LOVE where this is going!!! I've been fumbling through GameEx for months trying to get THIS!!! How do I modify the menu options? What's there with dates and manufacturers is great but I want a slight tweak... is it possible? Thanks, keep on trucking! p.s. I know its not the aim to copy hp and it's unfair to compare... I have been working with theme editor and I'm getting there... still confused about use of image and image 2. Tried free version of any video converter, low res and still stuck at 16:9. Didn't see where pro version would be better. Might look again... But if you GE wizards pull the right levers I won't have to! Mmmm.... naughty librarian takes off her glasses and lets her long hair down...

I want the "naughty librarian" the sexy look of hyperpin with the brains of GameEx! Not to say ge isn't sexy... but for pinball, the full playfield, backglass and wheel images are sooooo cool. Just sayin

Yours doesn't unless I missed it. Other attempts at rotating didn't work. Instead of making 9:16 video I got 16:9 with vertical letterbox! Ugh!

I am trying to setup a cab to run pinball and mame etc... I'm still confused by the images. I have mame vid snaps looking good but my pinball snaps are sideways (they come that way). In theme editor I transform/rotate 90º ccw but nothing happens. Image is not locked... Help! Frustrated! !!!

How can I rotate video in GE? I'm setting up a pincab, my mame vid snaps look good but my pinball vids are all rotated (as is tradition for pincabs...) I tried transform ccw 90. No luck. Rotating outside GE gave me black bars on sides (kept 16:9 instead of 9:16). thanks
