    I've improved my best score Second place now I've also submitted this score to the IGBOTY contest . I've of course been using TG's settings which is a little more difficult compared to the default settings. points: 153,700 initials: DEN Updated OP, DB, RSS, LB

    I encourage Team GameEx members to share a snapshot of their hi-score submissions. It's more fun and easy to keep track of each others hi-score efforts Of course you also have to submit your score using the Google Form in post #1 to get your score on the board !     Maybe it's wise to discuss with Adultery if he could help you out after all. Having an always up to date scoreboard online for all to view would be so cool in a contest with 100+ players and 24 games.@ Adultery > could you perhaps help TiF creating a hi-score database / online scoreboard ? - that is if you have time to do so

    Please don't get me wrong. I really appreciate the fact you guys have organized this kick-ass contest and have invited us. I also appreciate the time and effort you have put into creating the google form and scoreboard. It's working very well and I also like the visual representation I just think Adultery's solution with the possibility of submitting screenshots (compared to saving inp / video) is more user friendly. ...anyway. I'm really looking forward competing in your contest ~ GC

    We were told saving INP's is not required but reading the update message above you are generally discouraging using screen shots in favor of inp files... So if there's a dispute or questions arise and we don't have the .inp file or a video, the screen shot won't matter anyhow. Long story short: dispute -> no video / INP -> lose dispute. And I'm pretty certain none of our Team GameEx members will save their INP files... I was hoping you would accept Adultery's suggestion and let him build a quick page which will (quoting) "display name, game name, score, and snap shot on a per-game basis". Registering wouldn't even be necessary. With his programming skills, creating this would be a walk in the park for Adultery. This solution would be a much friendlier approach then telling players we should retain INP's in the event questions arise. I hope you guys reconsider this... ~GC ....I also think Adultery's suggestion is a better solution in terms of loading speed of the contest scoreboard. Not to criticize the Google scoreboard but I have experienced Adultery's programming skills first hand. What he can create is really amazing !

    @ uberpubert69: * You can pick any of the 24 games. The best 5 hi-scores of our Team will count for the general leaderboard.     Thank you for your explanation Tif Another important question: [thank you Stephen for pointing this out] Quoting Stephen: "Does a submission of a score have to take place within 24 hours of the game being played? If not, we'll be in a "silent auction" or eBay scenario, where people sit on their amazing score. Then, at the last minute, they'll submit their score, leaving other contenders insufficient time to top that score" We'd love to hear from either you or Wolfman how this is handled...?

    ..about submitting hi-scores in this contest: The only thing the contestants have to do is enter their score using the Google form and that's it...I think that's a bit too easy. Recording a game session is a no go but I'd really like to suggest contestants to at least post a screen shot of their score (e.g. in-game hi-score table) at the website / forum which they represent. Again, simply enter a score using the google form is a bit too easy I think. I encourage our Team GameEx members to post a screen shot of their score as a reply to this thread. We're already used to posting screen shots after all at our GameEx Hi-score competition I hope you guys agree
