Cheers Mr Pointer you can have it now but I don't want to make Tom delete all the time I want to tweak it and this one will need quite a few. He said he didn't mind but still I bet is a pain... I basically did the individual ini's which made things a little trickyer.... I'll upload a WIP version so give me 5 minutes and I'll upload as long as people know its a WIP.

Oh, before I forget..... Is there a way to limit the menu size and change its colour? I've been trying to make the menu a certain size but it still extends across the entire screen. Not a major but my third theme will be dependant on it.

Here's my second I've been working on this for a couple of days, still needs a bit of tweaking but I'm more or less done. I had a few problems with the theme editor so it took longer than I expected but I tried to work my way around. My first theme and second are leading me to another but I have to get comfortable with the editors little eccentricities and then my work flow will be better. Regardless, here's a snap of number two I used my icons from my first theme so its not a new work, I just wanted a different feel to my last and I think I achieved it. When I get this editor locked I'll do my third... Enjoy all Please let me know the mistake's I've made so I can learn a little faster

Sorry I'm a bit late answering this, I've been working on another theme...... I have a week off work so I've been messing around with the editor. I still haven't worked out what everything does in the editor yet but I'm getting there. I'll post the new theme in a bit....... and thanks Tom, I'll re upload when you've deleted.

Cheers Alpha, I did noticed the date needs to be moved over now that its september, it was to close to the time, needs a tweak of the uploaded version but I'm not going to ask Tom to remove it so I can upload again.

Absolutely, if your like me you have to stop yourself from adding more, and at some point call it finished. Got a quick question for you if you don't mind answering.... The text on my toolbar/dialogue was white, I used to have - MakeToolbarTextWhite=True DialogTextWhite=True ...in the ini, but the toolbartext has gone and the dialog has been set to false for some reason. I guess it must have happened before I uploaded. I know how to fix them but my question is can I edit my uploaded theme to reflect this? I know they are missing from the uploaded version as I downloaded it to make sure.

Glad you like it. I tried to do something a little different.... Basically I wanted all the colour to come from the games themselves and not the theme. The one thing I remember about all the best arcades I went to as a kid was they were all dark, hence the theme, and I tried to throw a bit of moderm in there in the shape of dual mointers and a big LCD type screen. Im still going to tweak it but its more or less finished.

Hey all Firstly, thanks again Tom for helping me out with my nag screen problem......... Well I finally finished my first theme, man it took a long time to get things more or less how I wanted them. Nothing revolutionary, but I like dark themes so I made one. I've never skinned anything before and I dont use all the feature fo GameEx so forgive me if I've misssed anything. Basically I found a theme layout I liked (Confluence Port v1) and skinned it to my liking with different everything. One thing I did my best to improve on was the taskbar and the way scrolling text appeared over the taskbar as it bugged the hell out of me that it went over the top of the buttons. Almost all the icons are newly created apart from some of the default ones which I liked, but apart from that I changed alomst everything. As I'm on a 37inch LCD I disable background video snaps as they don't scale up to well and tried to futrure proof the icons for larger resolutions. They are pretty big and the completed theme comes in at 47MB in total. Anyway... as Im new to the upload process on this site and it states I can only upload 29.3MB here are some screen shots to show you what I've done until I can figure out a way to share this puppy. Im off to bed now as Im working in about 6 hours, I'll try to upload it tomorrow if anyone is interested. I called it The Darkness, for obvious reasons. Ray

Hi all First off I would like to say great program, exactly what I was looking for.... Secondly, I have a minor issue. Basically, I bought the full version of GameEx with lifetime support as I like it so much and everything works as it should after config. My only problem is that the nag screen has returned. I tried to apply the supplied reg key again but it doesnt remove the screen.... I went down the usual root of trawling the help topics and found one similar to my problem, and tried to install over my existing install but no joy. I also tried to completely uninstall GameEx (regkey entries aswell) and the re install, but that didnt work either. Normally I wouldnt mind the wait for the program to start but I've been making a theme to share and the wait time for the nag screen is very long when you want to quicky test out a screen layout. If anyone can point me to a quick fix I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any answers
