  1. This page seems to refresh and sell out, but may be worth keeping an eye on if you're okay with Zotac and refurbs. https://www.zotacstore.com/us/refurbished/graphics-cards
  2. Good suggestions, should get you where you want things and do easily under budget.
  3. Awesome build, it's been way too long since one of these threads was posted. Thanks for the post so everyone here can enjoy the results of your hard work. Making a housing for the flight yoke that is sturdy enough to handle gameplay is quite a challenge for sure!
  4. This has been a crazy season so far to be sure, still can't believe the hurricane damage in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina from just a few weeks back now. Your just don't hear about events like this here. How the Nolichucky Dam held together is hard to fathom. After this water went down stream it ended up in the Douglas reservoir, when TVA released that water it was dumping at 425,000 gallons a second.
  5. I've got a bunch of family in Tampa, they can't deal with it as it is, much less another.

    UFO 50

Some retro gamers at the office are talking this one up. Sounds like it’s worth checking out! https://www.thegamer.com/i-wont-shut-up-about-ufo-50-until-you-play-it/
  7. Yea, pretty sure they are…..entertaining and sometimes comical. i watched a bunch last night, Jetsons, Flintstones, etc…..try and find the Space Ghost one if you get sucked in.
  8. I'm betting these get yanked, especially this one.

  10. These started popping up just weeks ago, oddly so with James Earl Jones passing, but it's probably unrelated given a number of them have nothing to do with Star Wars. Still, they are pretty cool "alternate" trailers.

  12. Everything has changed so much, I recall subscribing to at least three of four magazines for years, PC Gamer, Computer Gaming World, Video Games and Computer Entertainment, and last but not least, N--do Power (which I stupidly threw out in a spring cleaning fit). I hate that they are all slowing fading away and this is sad news for sure, but the web has sent these publications the way of the newspaper and the website's just don't have the draw to me the magazines did back in the day when they were your only source of news.
  13. I’ll be in an island saying this, but I actually stuck it out with 8 until I became comfortable with it and 8.1 was a major improvement. My GameEx setup ran great on 8 and I found both vastly less resource hungry and responsive than Vista. To me 10 was a continuation of these improvements and along with it came some course corrections. I personally hate 11, and although it’s not a drastic departure as a whole from 10, it’s just different enough to make it unproductive and clunky to work within, for me anyway.
