Mame games menu default

I am new to Gamex and am having a bit of trouble. What I would like to do is use the standard interface (not in Gamelauncher mode) to simply display a list of about 50 of my favorite classic arcade games. I don't want to have to make any selections to get to this list; it should be the default list when Gamex loads.

Can someone please offer some pointers?

Add the games you want to your favorites list, then use the Custom Menus app to put the favorites list on the start page. You can also rename the favorites list to anything that you want.

Thank you for the speedy response. Forgive me for asking what is probably a silly question, but how do I go about setting up a favorites list?

You need to have the game info screen turned on. Then, select the game you want in your favorites list and select..."Add to favorites".
