I'm using wired ps2 controllers, but want to switch to wireless.. i tired a ps2 wireless in the past but had a few issues.. i might try again but i'm wondering if anyone uses wireless ps2 or xbox controllers hooked up to their pc?

ah nice.. i will probably pick a couple of those up

I'm using a wireless Xbox360 controller, and it's working flawlessly. (tested on Vista only)

I haven't tested with more than one though ...

I wanted to go the PS3 route, but Sony didn't make official windows drivers, and the unofficial ones didn't work on a 64bits vista last time I tried.

xbox 360 controllers are quite good and for 42â?¬ on amazon for the wireless ones its a really good deal!

I second that. They are the absolute best. Simple and you can 'hook' 4 of them to the pc at once. Plenty of buttons too. Go with them and you will not regret it.

*chimes in late* Super Joybox 5 and four PS2 Kitanas (wireless) work great for me, and the adapter was only like $25.

I use a pair of Logitech Rumblepad 2's as well. No issues with them...other than they always want to be controllers 1 and 2. As a result, I had to remap my MAME stuff to joystick 3 for my GP-Wiz.
