controller stuck in down position?

I'm using 2 generic ps2 controllers in gameex, and everything has been fine but all of a sudden the controllers are acting like i'm holding down on the joystick and going all the way to the bottom of the menu.. i've tried unplugging, rebooting etc... wondering if anyone has had this problem.. <_<

I think there is a sensitivy setting in the config somewhere. Does windows see the gamepad pressing down?
