Cant get speech to work

log.zipIv been trying to get the speech thing to work in GameEx

The one made by Tom is not in my plugin manager

so I tried the led wiz

When gameEx starts up a womans voice tells me gameEx is starting but when I get to where

it shows the menus GameEx crashes.

Any ideas??
