GameEx not bypassing OK screens

With version 9.08 (and below as I've noticed) the OK screen is not being bypassed when a game is started. The same problem happens when you let GameEx idle and the it uses the screensaver.

I have found on the mamescreensaver forum that this issue was resolved for that, so i'm not sure if GameEx has it integrated or not, but iether way I stil have the issue.

This is due to the new input system in MAME.

It has been an issue since mame 117.

Complie your own using the above link and it will get rid of all messages and add support for hiscore.

Thanks, doyou know if this is going to be fixed in GameEx anytime soon so I don't have to modify the MAME source in the future?

Its not going to be fixed in GameEx anytime soon. As far as I know it should still work if you use -skip_gameinfo in the cmd line options except for games that are not working properly in MAME.
