Hi all,

Where is the latest nulldc wrapper for use in GE? I looked on the GE website but don't see it listed under the tab for wrappers and loaders. The search function on these forums bring up several different versions. I'm looking for the latest and most stable. Ive tried several different wrappers floating out there and all seem to give me problems. So if I have the latest ver here, then maybe people can help me out. Thanks!

Does this wrapper only work with CDI files? I'm having issues with MDF files.(ie not loading)

all my images are cdi..so yes

I can post my copy of loader and config if you guy are having problems.. Along with my nulldc config :)

Is there an easy way to convert mds/mdf files to cdi?

i ended up buying a dreamcast off ebay for like $40 some odd dollars, it's plugged into video 2 of my cabinet and there's a shelf it sits on behind the coin door... open the front door of the cab put in a disk, grab a controller close the door and jam on.

I use nulldc emu it works great.. Especially with my ipac..

As far as the converting md5 to cdi. Use alcohol to mount the image and then use alcohol to rip to cdi.

yep. well its fairly easy imo

first get alcohol120% (i guess damon tools would work but i dont have) then mount the mds image on the virtual drive.

then download discjuggler, the demo has all the features you need, and chose the option to rip cd, when asked when drive choose the virtual drive you loaded the mds file to with alcohol.

wait a min or so and you have a cdi file

bit long winded, but oh so handy to have both apps

and brian, my copy of alcohol only rips to mds, theres no cdi option

One last call off, Is my loader still not working for some people through Gameex? It only plays cdi files. Sorry, haven't added the code to make the mouse instantly disappear. If someone wants edit it and autoscript by all means, do so. I've been busy as of late, and true credit still goes pretty much to NoLogic. I just tweaked it a little bit. Like make the mouse move off the screen.

No major problems with this wrapper as of yet. Ofcourse I would prefer native command line support in NullDC. Thats supposed to be in the next ver.
