If x.avi doesn't exist show x.png?

Is this at all possible? I've in the process of changing all my snaps to avi's and it is looking kind of groovy

Problem being if an avi doesn't exist for the selected title, it displays nothing - isn't there a way of getting it to look for an avi first then a png?

I'll check when I get home but I'm 99% certain mine shows an image (jpg in my case) if it can't find the avi for a game.

Yeah, mine does that too. I mean, it shows a pic if the avi is not there. But remember, roms and avi and png names must match up exactly. They should be in the same folder snap too.

That's really weird then as these are snaps i've made using GameEx so there is a matching one there for each rom. It's created PNGs.... is that the issue?

snaps made by gameex usually are preceded by 0001 0002 0003. Make the names match up to your games.

Hmm i've removed mine now i'll have to create some more later, i'm convinced they didn't have numbers before them. The issue only appears with other emus, its fine with mame.
