project64 setup

I can not get project64 1.6 to load games inside gameex. I have tried many configs from the forum but still cant get it working. The games look like they are about to start and then gamex goes back to menu. Project64 is working great outside of gameex. Please help.

This usually has to do with your command line options being a problem. Spaces in your path can be a pain. Post your log, and Project 64 GameEx config settings.

--100% working on my machine. Check the command line as will suggested, that would be my guess off of the top of my head also. note there are no quotes in this emulator's command line.

Command Line: PROJECT64.EXE [ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]

This is your problem, trust me.

You will note there are no quotes around [ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE] - that's essential. I'm using 1.7 and you need the quotes in for the new build, but all previous versions automatically add the quotes for you for some retarded reason. Just do it that way and I bet you're good.

If not, make sure you have the option set to launch ROMs in full screen. It's under the Advanced Settings menu in PJ64.
