Theme Help with PS1 Layout

I cannot get the theme (no matter what theme I try) to show the layout for PS1 to look the same as the theme layout for all the other emulated systems (Sega Genesis, SNES, NES, Arcade). When I select PS1, it does not have any background image except the list and a snap. I have tried making sure that the Start Theme Name is correct according to the Media folder theme bak and foreground image file as well as the logo image file. Also, I have made the GameEX menu logo match the correct name as well. No matter what I try, I cannot get the image for the main menu layout for PS1 to look the same as the other consoles/systems. I have tried several different themes and none of them work to get PS1 to have the same menu layout as the rest.

I am using GameEX Setup Wizard 3.2.0 and GameEX 19.6. I want to run the front end in cocktail mode for a cocktail cabinet. I am using Mame and Retroarch as the emulators.

When reporting an issue of any kind, please attach copies of your GameEx.ini and log.tx files to review.

Typically this kind of issue is a file name mismatch.
