Hey everyone,

I have been trying to convert some video files for my arcade setup using Convert It but I am hitting a few bumps in the road. I have a bunch of videos that I want to convert to a format that works seamlessly with GameEx but I am not sure what settings to use.

Also i I have tried a few different formats but I keep running into issues with audio sync & video quality. Does anyone have tips on the best formats to use??

As well I found these resources when doing research on this; https://forums.gameex.com/forums/profile/7172-nullpointersap-analytics-cloud-tutorial/content/page/81/?all_activity=1 &  if anyone have any resources, tutorials or personal experiences please share with me, It would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you……. :)

It has been my experience that using .mp4 is better than .avi. Typically, if and when I have to do any conversions, I use the Convert-It default settings.

If your source file is marginal or not within ideal spec, then you may run into sync and other issues.

Are experiencing this when using GameEx itself? If so, are you using LAV codec?

The link you have referenced is to someone's user profile post list. Please provide a new link to the post you were originally attempting to reference. Thank you.

P.S. Are the issues actually occuring when launching the converted files in a media player or only through GameEx?
