[RESOLVED] Gameex will not save game list

I have gameex running. Its been working for a few weeks now. No issues. Today I run Gameex and it wants an update on my game list. I update it. I restart the PC and it wants another update. Now every time I start it it wants to update my game list. Any ideas?

I am unable to tell from the log.txt file attached. Can you try exiting GameEx without updating the list and attaching in response to this thread for comparison?  Thanks!

Nothing stands out to me in the 2nd log file. The first does show creating the list.

Has anything changed on your setup, such as permissions for GameEx Arcade Edition and you MAME install paths? The behavior you describe is as if GameEx is attempting to update a protected file.

Will need @Tom Speirs eyes on this one most likely.

I looked through setup in the mame settings and everything looks in order.

The only thing that has changed was my addition of autohotkeys and a script for adding volume control to a set of buttons on a coin door. Other than that it's been running fine for weeks.

Have you tried disabling the autohotkeys/script to see if that makes a difference?

Have there been any Windows updates in the interim?

I un-installed gameex. Reinstalled it and it no longer is requesting game list updates every time I go into gameEx.
