The fixed image is bak.png. GameEx will load that if you remove or rename the bak.mp4 file in your \GameEx Arcade Edition\THEMES\Draconus\MEDIA folder. Suggest just renaming it to somthing simple like bak2.mp4 in the event you want to change it in the future.
