How can I do this to don´t re-configure all another time??

Thanks in advance!!!

Once you have installed GameEx on your new PC, just copy the entire GameEx folder (from C:\Program Files\GameEx) from your old PC over your new machines GameEx folder.

Just make sure your working paths are the same. That's the only thing you should need to worry about.

Ghost your drive and be done with it the easy way! Or, get an external HD...import once you save everything...

External HD is the way to go for my money. ;)

or just use ghost to make a bootable dvd(s) also works and cheaper :)

I tried to make it easy on myself for when I upgrade my arcade pc, so I just made sure to install everything game related into the same directory on the pc, so that all that has to be done on a new install is to copy the game folder and reinstall a few things. With GameEx all you need to do is what the others have said. On the new PC just install the newest version of GameEx over your old version so that all the registry entries are installed. The configs won't be overwritten and things should be just like before with the new install.

I probably wouldn't use ghost or an imager because (assuming you are talking about imaging the whole drive) Windows doesn't like waking up to a completely new set of hardware and usually will crap out on you. A fresh install of Windows is usually the way to go. I recently moved my cabinet to a fresh new PC in this way. After doing the normal stuff of installing virus checker and updating Windows, I copied the game folder, installed GameEx, and installed instantsheller. All my paths are the same since the folder is in the same place on the new PC, so everything was ready to go within a few minutes.
